Check Order Status

Ready: This means that your order is ready, and can be shipped out . You can click the "ship the order" button to process them

Processing: This is a transitional step between "ready" to "shipped". It means that our warehouse is picking and packing your orders.

Shipped: This means that your order has been successfully shipped out. And on this status, the tracking number will be automatically synced back to your Shopify, and your customer will receive an email with tracking number.

Canceled: This means your order has been canceled or stopped, and this needs you to recreate from scratch the order if you would like to send the same order out.

Hold: For some exception reasons your orders will be held by the system. You can click "view " to edit the order problem, Then click "continue to ship" , the order will go to Ready , you can ship it.
