Top up / Deposit money to your account
You can make payments through debit cards and credit cards. But each payment method may cause a different amount of handling fee, which will be borne by the clients. If you want to top up, please contact our customer service via LiveChat, tell us the amount and top-up method.
Please be noted that orders will not be processed if there is no enough account balance.
We have four top-up methods :
> For international transfer

Payoneer: Our finance will send a link to request payment to your email. By using this method, payment can arrive quickly.

Bank transfer: We send the bank information to you. Bank transfer requires a company account to transfer and usually takes one week to arrive.

kindly note that business transactions with Paypal (product and services) may charge high surcharges, the actual amount arrived is the amount our finance input to your account. please screenshot the PayPal receipt to speed up the payment input for our finance to input to your account. Alipay: Please put the account ID into the note
When you transfer money, please add your account ID in the note of the transaction, so that our finance can know which client this payment is from. Then sending a screenshot or transfer file to our customer service or your sales, we will inform our finance to check. When the payment arrives, you can check the balance on the homepage or billings page in the system.
