We understand and realize that in the international shipping package lost may happen. It could be our mistake or the carrier's, but we want to make sure that your items are covered!


To file a claim, please contact our support team to  get detailed refund policy and provide us with all information in your hand. Please be noted that after we received your claim, we’ll need to contact our carriers for more details. Thus we may not be able to refund as soon as your claim is received.
