When can I get tracking updates? Why there is no updates of the tracking number?
Normally, our warehouse will process your orders within 2 business days(during COVID-19, 3-5 days). You will see the tracking number in your Shopify store or at the OMS dashboard. But please be noted that:
- Once an order has tracking information, it is guaranteed that it has left our fulfillment centers.
- Our carriers do NOT scan each package upon pick-up at NextSmartShip’s fulfillment centers.
- First tracking updates and scans are done at the carrier's facilities. These updates often take several business days to occur.
Which means, it will be normal that you have the tracking number but cannot get the tracking updates in 3-5 business days(may be longer during COVID-19).
